ÖP 100 Cooker
DESCRIPTION
This cooker has an innovative design and has been created to offer significant savings in terms of wood, high performance even after the fire has gone out, and simplified maintenance. Thanks to the primary and secondary air control, the heat is stored by the refractory material and slowly released over time, using a minimum amount of wood. By totally closing off the air, the refractory material releases heat for at least 12 hours after combustion has ended.
It features a large stainless steel oven with telescopic rails, a grid and a baking tray, and radiant steel hot plate.
